1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Mittler. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, Mittler grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

This license does not include any right to: (a) sell, resell, or distribute the Service; (b) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service; or (d) remove any proprietary notices or labels.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to disable your account if you fail to comply with these requirements or violate any provision of these Terms.

4. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or otherwise transmit through the Service. You agree not to submit content that: (a) infringes any third party's copyrights, patents, trademarks, or trade secrets; (b) is defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening, or harassing; or (c) contains explicit sexual content or depicts violence.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. However, we do not pre-screen all content and do not guarantee that we will monitor all content.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mittler and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. All goodwill arising from your use of our trademarks shall inure to our exclusive benefit.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mittler, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We do not make any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any information obtained through the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

10. Payment and Cancellation Policy

Subscription Payments

By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.

Automatic Renewal

Unless you notify us at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period that you wish to cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged for the renewal period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will be deactivated. No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription periods.

Refunds

Except as otherwise required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or unused features.
